Is this an improvement to an already-existing feature, or a new feature entirely?

Already Existing Feature

If an improvement, what original feature is it improving upon?

Balance

How would this work?

Minigunners and Jumpjetters should be limited to maybe 2 minigunners and 1 jumpjetter. Juggernauts should also have 1-2 at once.

Can you give an example in how useful this feature would be?

Well I've started playing again and I've noticed all of the minigunners on one side. In my opinion, it's torture and is something that probably needs to be looked at. Occasionally I see maybe 5 minigunners or 4 jumpjetters. Sometimes I also see many juggernauts at once. Can we please have this limited strictly?

Those "minigunners" sound more like "commandos" to me. And I disagree with this, minigunner or jumpjet minigunner aren't that strong classes and people have the right to teamwork. As for juggernauts, I think 3 juggernauts is the limit. That could be lowered to 2.

You have only then 3 or more if you got the jug crate.
And this wasnt changed. In 1491 it was like this. And I dont really believe that the jug limit was increased in higher versions.

Many minigunners: Because of weapon drops by other players and yes commando has this weapon too^^

Weapon drops and commando class is discussed already.

Juggernaut is weak against infantry. I dont see your problem? Just stay at range and Juggernaut has a hard job to hit you if you're able to move. (also the nukes can be dodged if you're far enough on range.)

Titan, wolverine, madcat, orca - they're MUCH more danger for infantry.

And if you're mech: Try to dodge the nuke and then give him loads of rockets and 80mm with a titan. Use your chance :) If you've done this a while, go back again to hide, wait for his next try with nuke and try to dodge it again and go for the next rockets. Jug will die fast ;)
Tip with dodging nuke: Stand still until he shoots it, then move to direction where it doesnt hit you. ;)
