New mech: The Artillery

To rid the jugg of its nuke launcher

The reason for me posting this is that a 5000 hp'ed base massacarer has a nuke launcher, my idea was that it would be a slow, standalone mech that is

1.slow
2.weak healthed, i.e- 1000-1500 hp
3.has a nuke launcher

I think this will help reduce simple jugg spam due just to its mininuke, this can be killed easily, but if you dont kill it, its devestating, teamwork will be needed to defend it and bring it down.

Becuase a 5000hp nuke launcher is really fair (begin De-M-oN flaming this badly)

The idea itself was good, but the problems behind it which konda has listed are the problem.

But maybe the artillery could have an other heavy attack (maybe like the V2 rocket Artillery of C&C Red Alert 1).

This wouldnt result in spam, because of relatively low hp and long reload time of this unit and so on. It could be like on C&C Red Alert 1 a good supportive firepower unit :)


But the problem I see here is the teamwork thing which isnt so often there online^^. It would require like on C&C RA1 that it isnt alone, but combined with other mechs to support them.
