Post Building Ideas
So here's an idea that just popped in my head that I'd like to share.

So, basically, when you join the game, you choose your playerclass as Assault, Defender, Engineer or Medic. You then spawn/airdrop with that class somewhere random in your base every time you respawn, with your class' basic weapons and attributes.

Then, you go to either the Barracks or Construction Yard, which, with 3D floors, would look very industrial with a little pro mapping of the members here. At first, you only have 3 buildings and basic weapons and supplies. Buildings are rather fragile compared to what they are now, as the Construction yard has them rebuildable.

The Initial Buildings
Construction Yard: Inside is a number of terminals to purchase new buildings with. These buildings can be rebuilt for a far greater price than when they're originally built (?). it is the very root of the base, being the toughest to destroy but results in a base where anything destroyed stays destroyed, thus probably winning the game.
Refinery: Allows you to deposit ore/tiberium/other resources into an exterior smelting furnace to gain usable resources for purchases.
Barracks: Inside is a facility to buy weaponkits, tools and other items for your chosen class.

The Constructed Buildings
War Factory: You'll never guess what this does. Allows the usage of manned vehicles, and more options in the Barracks.
Laboratory: Allows many more options in War Factory and Barracks.
Reactor: Provides boosts in health, firepower and allows turrets to be built. Buying this raises turret foundations where Engineers can attach powerful defensive structures, from the cheap, basic sentry gun to laser turrets, flamethrowers and long-range anti-vehicle artillery. The more powerful defenses require research from a Laboratory.
Service Depot: Inside is a row of regeneration chambers. Enter one to be healed and have have armor repaired. There is also two hangars attached for vehicles to be repaired in.

The game is won when all buildings are destroyed.

Again, this is just food for thought. What plans did you guys have at first?
