Eh, does it really matter?
Just a pickup sprite, and I kinda doubt you'll be looking into details mid-battle. :P

Yeah, I think I might actually prefer a more rapid animation of those frames in a random order, pilot flames don't.... wag like that



Of course AOW's flamethrower pilot light doesn't go out cause it's properly made, but still

So we truly need uber-detailed sprites like that in a game with 32x32 textures?

I mean, they look good, but the Shock Rifle kinda makes hundreds of those.

Currently got it implemented In my little nerf, which you load in after AOW2. (Edit: Also got some other stuff in there, like increased ammo usage.)

The representation here is far from accurate.

And yeah, it's a rapid-fire weapon. Which is why the kick is pretty mild. (If it wasn't, it'd be all over the place and look argh.)

Not bigger. I don't like how they recoil back so slowly as if they shoot golf balls. (That would be an awesome gun though.)
