Post Has SSG become too powerful?
With so many weapons classes now being "nerfed", it seems like the big strategy now is to grab a SSG and pick off all the intermediate classes at close range.

Seeing that this class has such a powerful close-strike ability, does anyone else think it should become more exensive or change the vulnerability/lethality?

I was thinking of a price change since more are starting to use it to spam a bit, 300$ sounds good? or even 350$

I doubt that would change a thing.

Or perhaps change the vulnerabilities also?

Seeing that the SSG is a CLOSE combat character, I'd advocate a change to the vulnerabilities. Changing the Chemical and Fire resistance to -30 each might make things more interesting.

The Chem and Fire guys' sprayers are also very close range weapons. Changing SSG could create an interesting "vulnerability triangle" within these close-range classes.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Flamers and chem guys never really had a chance against a SSG guy unless his aim sucked, or the flame and chem guys used their powerful grenades.
