 How to improve sharpshooting (with gauss) Before I start writing anything about this I am curious to find out how much you guys actually know. You probably know it's my primary weapon. That's why i am very interested about it. I want to improve my gauss skill on highest level. So write your tips guys. Thanks.

Re: How to improve sharpshooting (with gauss) Aiming isn't all about the mouse. A lot of it is prediction and your own footwork. For very far shots, it helps to simply let the enemy walk into your crosshairs, or move in the same direction he is and lining your shots up that way.
Also, use the smallest crosshair you can get. Skulltag's dot is okay but I can't aim with it closerange. That's why I made a quick Quake 1 crosshair.
By the way, don't ask about the turrets being half a mile high.

Re: How to improve sharpshooting (with gauss) I can, I just wait until they're completely covered by the vertical line and then fire. Always lands.
P.S. I run 1280x800 so the cross is actually pretty small

Re: How to improve sharpshooting (with gauss) Well, when their whole body is as big as a quarter of that crosshair, and when you're about to do a guass shot, not. Even moving your mouse by 1mm has some impact.
