Post subject:  One topic per bug, one bug per topic

When making bug reports, please don't use collective topics such as "put all texture errors in this topic", etc, as this makes the threads much harder to organize and track.

It's much easier if each error is put in its own topic, then the topic can be moved to the correct location after the bug is resolved. This makes it easier on everyone on the team, because fixing maps is not exclusively one person's job, and it's impossible to tell whether something has been completed or not because there's rarely any acknowledgment in the topic itself.

Thank you!
