 Alternate Beacon Announcer. Mentioned in Irc, I think it should have another beacon announcer. I wouldn't see why not honestly.

Re: Alternate Beacon Announcer. Its ok, problem is that both the EVA (I think thats what its called) announcers and voltlock's different tones of voices don't fit.
needs moar ut2k4 style announcer.
