This is related how much overpowered you become if you hit jackpot such as armor upgraded crate and got lot of weapons being just basic medic class. Then you are totally invincible. Not even Commando has Armour IV and gattling gun, plasma rifle and sniper. I got first weapons with massdriver frags. What I can tell you, luck isn't accidently. I don't think this situation is so rare.

Now it just needs someone to approach him with a close range weapon such as the flamethrower without being rofl'd in 0.3s
